How Ted Baker Is Stealing The Show.

Come Take An Insight Into The Fabulous As We Dive Into The Realm Of Ted Baker

Established in Glasgow 1988, Ted Baker has rapidly developed into a multi-million pound company, with lavish labels and intricate design to inspire and intrigue, Ted Baker is set to take the world by storm.

History

As a brand known for their class and sophistication - with a bit of humour laced throughout, Ted Baker has been kept relevant and 'in tune' within the ever-evolving fashion industry. Branded as a 'luxury clothing retail company', Baker has kept his designs quirky and unique, perfect for 'high street, high fashion' whilst retaining the chic style that is threaded into the company's background.

Ray Kelvin CBE - The Father of Ted Baker

Founder and CEO, Ray Kelvin is as unique as his brand. Kelvin started the brand in March 1988 when he opened up a shop specialising in men's shirts - an idea thought of when he was out fishing. The brand quickly soared, with each shirt offered with a laundry service in the early years. Ted Baker quickly became a force to be reckoned with and has been ever since.

Why we love Ted Baker

Their beauty and fragrances are Vegan! Other than the myriad of things that we love about Ted Baker, it is also working hard to ensure that the clothes are as ethical as possible. After the tragic event in Bangladesh, Ted Baker is digging deeper into their clothing supply chains, seeking other areas that need support and further improvement. Apart from the hair wax (which contains beeswax) all of Ted's beauty products are completely suitable for Vegans.

Ted Baker also takes child labour very seriously and work closely with factories and suppliers to ensure that there is not only no child labour, but also that no one else within their supply chain is exploited or discriminated against.

Ted Baker is a brand that is loved universally, for their ethics, morals and values that are hard to accumulate and are even harder to keep, but Ted does it, every time.
